Serving Instructions: Heat in 400°- 425° oven for 5 minutes. Serve with cayenne rémoulade dip on the side.

PIGS IN BLANKETS

Serves 3-4
Ingredients: all-beef mini hot dogs, puff pastry, deli mustard (vinegar, mustard seed, salt, spices, turmeric)
Serving Instructions: Heat in 375° oven for 6-8 minutes, serve with deli mustard on side.

JUMBO SHRIMP COCKTAIL

Ingredients: shrimp, lemon, cocktail sauce (ketchup, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, lemon)

Serving Instructions: Heat Baked Brie en Croute in 375° oven for 12 minutes. Serve water crackers on side

BUTTERNUT SQUASH BISQUE

Serves 4
Ingredients: butternut squash, house vegetable broth (onions, celery, carrots, dill, parsnips, herbs), butter, crème fraîche, pumpkin seeds
Serving Instructions: Heat soup in saucepan on stovetop, over medium heat, stirring, until very hot. Top with a dollop of crème fraîche, then sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds.

MIXED GREENS & FRISÉE SALAD

Serves 6-8 | Large 12-18
Ingredients: mixed greens, frisée, pears, pecans, Roquefort cheese, pear vinaigrette (pear, vinegar, olive oil, herbs)
Serving Instructions: Serve chilled or at cool room temperature.

MAIN COURSE

CLASSIC BEEF BURGUNDY

Serves 2-3
Ingredients: beef, Burgundy wine, flour, veal stock, mushrooms, pearl onions, salt, pepper
Serving Instructions: Heat soup in saucepan on stovetop, over medium heat, stirring, until very hot.

FILET OF BEEF TENDERLOIN

Serves 10
Ingredients: beef tenderloin, thyme, garlic, olive oil, salt, horseradish cream (horseradish root, sour cream, garlic)
Serving Instructions: For MEDIUM RARE, heat in 400° oven, uncovered, for 10 – 12 minutes. For MEDIUM, heat in 400° oven, uncovered, for 15 – 17 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

HONEY LEMON GLAZED ROASTED SALMON

Half Serves 5, Full Serves 10
Ingredients: salmon filet, honey, lemon juice, rosemary, olive oil, tzatziki (Greek yogurt, cucumber, sour cream, olive oil, dill, salt, pepper)
Serving Instructions: Heat in 375º oven for 7-9 minutes, uncovered.

HERB ROASTED PORK LOIN

Serves 2-3
Ingredients: Pork Loin, Figs, Apricot, Pineapple, Onions, Sage, Butter, Salt, Pepper, Red Wine Vinegar, Sugar,
Serving Instructions: Heat in 400° oven for 10-12 minutes.

GLAZED SPIRAL HAM

Serves 10-12
Ingredients: spiral ham, brown sugar, maple syrup, grainy mustard, nutmeg, cinnamon, apricot glaze
Serving Instructions: Heat in 400° oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve with honey mustard on the side.

FRENCH COUNTRY HAM

Serves 2-3
Ingredients: ham, brown sugar, maple syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon, apricot glaze
Serving Instructions: Heat in 400° oven for 8-10 minutes.

ROASTED FREE RANGE TURKEY

Serves 8-10
Ingredients: free range turkey, butter, garlic, celery, Granny Smith apple, onion, parsley, rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage, salt, pepper
Serving Instructions: Heat turkey for 20-25 minutes in well pre-heated 425° oven, loosely tented with aluminum foil. Please note: We will be roasting turkeys continuously during the day; if you are one of the later deliveries you might receive your turkey still warm from the oven. If so, reduce warming time to 10-15 minutes at 425°– or serve as is with hot gravy. As always, we don’t believe in heating the turkey until it is very hot, just until it is warmed through. The gravy & dressing should be heated until very hot.

Serving Instructions: Heat in saucepan on stovetop over low to medium heat, stirring, until very hot.

Ingredients: potatoes, butter, milk, heavy cream, salt, white pepper
Serving Instructions: Heat in saucepan over low heat, stirring, adding a little milk if necessary, or transfer to oven-safe dish and heat in 400º oven for 10-15 minutes, loosely covered with foil. Can also be heated in microwave, loosely covered.

PARSNIP TURNIP PURÉE

Ingredients: parsnip, turnip, butter, salt, pepper

Many dishes on our holiday menu need to be heated prior to serving. Check out our serving instructions here .

Can I heat up the food in the containers they are delivered in?

Some items come in aluminum pans which can go directly into the oven. Other items come in plastic containers. Please refer to heating instructions for more detail.

Can I hire waitstaff to help set-up and serve our meal?
