Ingredients: all-beef mini hot dogs, puff pastry, deli mustard (vinegar, mustard seed, salt, spices, turmeric)
Serving Instructions: Heat in 375° oven for 6-8 minutes, serve with deli mustard on side.

KATAIFI WRAPPED PARCELS

Serves 3-4
Ingredients: butternut squash, goat cheese, herbs, olive oil, wheat flour, cornstarch, oil, salt
Serving Instructions: Heat in 375° oven for 6-8 minutes.

VEGETABLE CRUDITÉ CRATE

Serves 8-12
Ingredients: celery, carrots, peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, fresh herb dip (cream cheese, mayonnaise, peppers, onions, basil, garlic)
Serving Instructions: Serve chilled or at cool room temperature.

CUBED CHEESE CRATE

Serves 6-10
Ingredients: Swiss, cheddar, havarti, manchego, grapes, figs, crisps

Ingredients: potato, onions, scallions, parsley, flour, eggs, corn oil, smoked salmon, creme fraiche
Serving Instructions: Heat Potato Pancakes in 375° oven for 6-8 minutes. Top with smoked salmon & creme fraiche.

CHICKEN SOUP

Serves 4
Ingredients: white meat chicken, celery, leek, carrot, parsley, jalapeno, onion, dill, white pepper, salt
Serving Instructions: Heat soup in saucepan on stovetop, over medium heat, stirring, until very hot.

BUTTERNUT SQUASH BISQUE

Serves 4
Ingredients: butternut squash, house vegetable broth (onions, celery, carrots, dill, parsnips, herbs), butter, crème fraîche, pumpkin seeds
Serving Instructions: Heat soup in saucepan on stovetop, over medium heat, stirring, until very hot. Top with a dollop of crème fraîche, then sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds.

CITRUS MIXED GREEN SALAD

Small – Serves 6-8 | Large Servies 12 – 18
Ingredients: Mixed Greens, Candied Pecans (pecans, Maple Syrup) Oranges, Dried Cranberries, Citrus Dressing (orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Salt, Pepper)
Serving Instructions: Serve chilled or at cool room temperature.

MAIN COURSE

SLICED BRISKET OF BEEF

Serves 2-3
Ingredients: beef brisket, onions, carrots, celery, tomato paste, tomato purée, garlic, water, salt
Serving Instructions: Add extra brisket gravy to pan. Heat in a 400º oven for 20 minutes, loosely covered with foil.

EXTRA BRISKET GRAVY

Serves 4-6
Ingredients: beef brisket drippings, onions, carrots, celery, tomato purée, tomato paste, garlic, water, salt
Serving Instructions: Heat in pan with brisket, or on stovetop over low to medium heat, stirring, until very hot.

FILET OF BEEF TENDERLOIN

Serves 10
Ingredients: beef tenderloin, thyme, garlic, olive oil, salt, horseradish cream (horseradish root, sour cream, garlic)
Serving Instructions: For MEDIUM RARE, heat in 400° oven, uncovered, for 10 – 12 minutes. For MEDIUM, heat in 400° oven, uncovered, for 15 – 17 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

HONEY LEMON GLAZED ROASTED SALMON

Serves 5
Ingredients: salmon filet, honey, lemon juice, rosemary, olive oil, tzatziki (Greek yogurt, cucumber, sour cream, olive oil, dill, salt, pepper)
Serving Instructions: Heat in 375º oven for 7-9 minutes, uncovered.

HERB ROASTED CHICKEN

Serves 2-4
Ingredients: whole chicken, roasted carrots, garlic, butter, herbs, salt
Serving Instructions: Heat in 400º oven for 10 minutes with carrot & garlic garnish, uncovered.

PAN CHICKEN GRAVY

Serves 2-3
Ingredients: chicken drippings, flour, butter, herbs, salt, pepper
Serving Instructions: Heat in saucepan on stovetop over low to medium heat, stirring, until very hot.

Ingredients: potatoes, eggs, onions, flour, parsley, salt, white pepper
Serving Instructions: Heat in 400º oven for 7-8 minutes, uncovered.

FRESH APPLESAUCE

Serves 4-8
Ingredients: apples, cinnamon, cane sugar
Serving Instructions: Serve chilled.

ALL-NATURAL SOUR CREAM

Serves 4-8
Ingredients: milk, heavy cream, vinegar
Serving Instructions: Serve chilled.

CREAMY MASHED POTATOES

Serves 2-3
Ingredients: potatoes, butter, milk, heavy cream, salt, white pepper
Serving Instructions: Heat in saucepan over low heat, stirring, adding a little milk if necessary, or transfer to oven-safe dish and heat in 400º oven for 10-15 minutes, loosely covered with foil. Can also be heated in microwave, loosely covered.

Ingredients: asparagus, olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper
Serving Instructions: Heat in 400º oven for 7-8 minutes, uncovered.

Many dishes on our holiday menu need to be heated prior to serving. Check out our serving instructions here .

Can I heat up the food in the containers they are delivered in?

Some items come in aluminum pans which can go directly into the oven. Other items come in plastic containers. Please refer to heating instructions for more detail.

Can I hire waitstaff to help set-up and serve our meal?
